During the first steps of using MarketGoo, the website scan may get stuck for two main reasons:
The user’s website is not available. First, ensure that your website is set to live and working correctly and once it is fixed contact our Support team to help you restart the scanning.
Your website sends a redirect. This rarely happens but in this case, contact our support team for assistance.
The scan received an error reading the home page at the time the site was being added to the system.

Note: The system retries every 24 hours so it would be automatically fixed within a few hours.
