In such cases where ongoing support or maintenance of your website are needed, for example adding inventory, updating sale or coupon pricing, adding blog posts or images to your site, or adding additional pages or functionality, we're happy to provide that service at a rate of $50 per hour, at the customer's request.

In such cases, we'll provide a quote for service based on your requirements and you can approve it before any work takes place.  If the agreed changes to your site take longer than the quoted time you will not be charged more, and if it takes less time you will be charged the lesser amount.

Our websites are built with tools that make it easier than ever for the site owner to make their own changes and additions.  When we launch a new site we're happy to arrange a meeting to show you how to make your own changes to the site, and there are numerous resources on the internet available for people who want to learn how to manage their own content.  For those that prefer to have a professional do it, we're happy to provide that service.
