All domains are set to auto-renew by default to help prevent accidental expiration. If you prefer to manage renewals manually, you can easily turn off auto-renew for individual domains by following the steps below.
Step 1.
Log in to your Rebel account, then select "Products" in the top-left corner. In the top toolbar, you will see "Domains”. Please select this.
Step 2.
For the domain you would like to update, please select the "Manage" option on the right-hand side.
Step 3.
The default page will bring you to domain options, scroll down to the Cancel at the end of Term, and select the "Cancel at end of term" button to the right of the section.
Step 4.
There will be a pop-up confirming the changes you are making. Select "Confirm". Once this is selected, it will turn auto-renew off for your domain and will expire on the date of expiration.
