By default, all domains registered with Rebel are set to auto-renew, so you don’t have to worry about missing an expiry date. Unless you’ve requested otherwise, your domains should already be enrolled in automatic renewal.

You can confirm your auto-renew status at any time in your Domain Manager. Simply select your domains and click “Export to CSV” in the top-right corner. The exported file will include an Auto-renew column showing either true (on) or false (off) for each domain.

Rebel begins the first automatic renewal attempt 45 days before your domain’s expiry date.

• If the renewal is successful, a confirmation email is sent to the primary email address on file.

• If the renewal fails, the account holder will receive an email notification prompting them to update their billing information. Additional billing attempts are made every three days, for a total of four attempts. If all attempts fail, auto-renew will be turned off for that domain.
