This guide applies to our Personal, Startup, Business, and Managed WordPress hosting packages and will walk you through how to add a subdomain to your hosting account.
Step 1.
Log in to your Rebel account, then select "Products" in the top-left corner. In the top toolbar, you will see "Domains”. Please select this.
Step 2.
To the right of your hosting package, select the purple "Control Panel" button. This will bring you to your Plesk interface.
Step 3.
Once you’re in your Control Panel, select the domain you’d like to add a subdomain to. In the top left corner, click the “Add Subdomain” button.
Step 4.
You’ll see a field where you can enter the subdomain name. The second field will display the associated domain. Verify that this is correct.
If you’d like to create a wildcard subdomain, you can enter an asterisk (*) in the subdomain field.
Once you’ve completed the details, click “OK.”
Step 5.
A pop-up will appear showing the steps taken. Click "close".
Step 6.
Here you will see the toolbar for your subdomain.
Step 7.
You can access the subdomain from your main Plesk dashboard, where it will appear listed beneath your root domain.
