Overview
If you are the account owner or administrator or site admin and are having trouble logging into your website or Plesk hosting control panel directly, you can easily recover access or reset your password through your Rebel account dashboard.
Because your Rebel account is linked directly to your hosting services, logging in through your primary dashboard grants automatic access to Plesk without requiring your standalone Plesk password.
Step-by-Step: Recovering or Resetting Your Plesk Credentials
Step 1: Access Plesk via Your Rebel Account Dashboard
Log in to your Rebel account dashboard.
In the top toolbar, click on Products, then select Hosting.
Locate your hosting package and click the purple Control Panel button. This will automatically log you into the Plesk interface.
Step 2: Update Your Admin/Owner Password in Plesk
Once inside the Plesk control panel:
In the left-hand menu, select Users.
Locate and click on your Admin / Owner user account profile.
Scroll to the password section and enter a new password (or click Generate).
Click Show to view and copy your confirmed password for future direct logins.
Scroll down and click OK to save your changes.
When to Contact Live Support
If you have attempted the steps above and run into any of the following situations, please connect with support:
Clicking the Control Panel button yields an error or fails to launch Plesk.
You updated your Plesk password inside the user settings, but direct logins still fail.
Action: Connect directly with a Live Agent via chat, phone call or email.
