Email aliases are a helpful way for individuals to receive mail sent to another address all in one place. For instance, aliases are useful for sales and support staff who want a memorable, public email address. You can also use an email alias to send emails from a different address or alias.
Step 1
From inside your Rebel account, visit the Cloud Email Manager.
Step 2
Click the gear icon to the right of the address you would like to create an alias for, then click Settings.
Step 3
Click Aliases.
Step 4
In the blank space, enter the address you would like to create an alias for, then click Add.
In the example below, "support@example.ca" has been created as an alias for "hello@example.ca". All "support@example.ca" email will now go to the "hello@example.ca" inbox, and in the webmail they can even be replied to as "support@example.ca".
