The Transfer Manager allows you to track the progress of your transfers from when they are submitted to when they are completed and added to your Rebel account, and edit any existing transfers that may require updates.

The Transfer Manager groups your domains into the various statuses associated with transferring a domain. You can quickly determine your domain's status along with any action required to complete the transfer. To view the domains in a particular status, click on the status in the Transfer Status menu to highlight, and then click View. The area to the right will then be populated with all domains in that status.
The following is a list of the statuses in the Transfer Manager and their meaning:
Pending WHOIS Check: We must query the registry WHOIS in order to get the contact information for the domain, so we are then able to send the transfer confirmation email to the administrative contact.
Emailing Transfer Requests: We are preparing to email the transfer confirmation request.
Pending User Confirmation: We have sent the transfer confirmation email and are now waiting for an acknowledgement from the administrative contact for the domain(s).
Attempting Transfer: We are submitting the transfer request to the registry. This is typically when we find out if the authorization code is valid, or if the domain is still locked.
Finalizing Transfer: The transfer has been submitted to the registry and we are waiting for them to complete the request. We check the status with the registry several times daily to see if the transfer has completed.
Cancelled: The transfer was cancelled; this may have occurred due to one of the following issues not being resolved within 14 days:
- We did not receive a response to the confirmation request sent to the domain's administrative contact.
- The domain was locked or not eligible for transfer (less than 60 days since registration or last transfer).
- The authorization (EPP) code was invalid.
- The current registrar cancelled the request.
