Please note: All Plesk FAQs are displayed using the "Active List" view. There are three different view types to choose from in your control panel: Active List, Dynamic List and Classic List. If you would like to change the view type please click the wrench icon on the top right of your control panel and select your preferred view type. |
If you have just moved your email to Rebel or are in the process of moving your email to Rebel, some of our packages can easily import your email from your old host.
Supported hosting packages:
Step 1
From your Rebel account visit your Hosting Manager and click Control Panel.
Step 2
Below your domain click Mail Importing, then Import Mail Messages.
Step 3
Enter your old email address, and the old password. Then enter the email you would like to create (it does not have to be the same address) and a new password. Then click OK.
Step 4
The system will try to determine the settings automatically. If the import gives you an error, you may need to click Show Advanced Options and manually enter your old host's server settings.
Step 5
Your mail will be imported and the control panel will display the progress. If you have a large amount of mail to import it may take a few minutes or a few hours.
Your email is now imported. You can visit your webmail or set up your email in your favourite email application.
