Have you set up your email in Outlook or Mac Mail only to see an empty inbox? There's a quick solution to this.
First, lets double check that there is in fact email on the server by logging into your Webmail.
- If you are using one of our Classic Hosting packages or our Professional Email, you can log into your webmail at https://webmail.rebel.com
- If you use one of our Plesk packages (Personal/Startup/Business Web Hosting, Managed WordPress, VPS) you can access your webmail by going to webmail.yourdomain.com (replacing yourdomain.com with your domain name)
Once you have confirmed there is email waiting for you on the server, proceed to the solution to fix your problem.
