Have you set up your email in Outlook or Mac Mail only to see an empty inbox? There's a quick solution to this.
First, lets double check that there is, in fact, an email on the server by logging into your Webmail.
- If you are using Cloud email you can access your webmail by going to mail.rebel.com
- If you use one of our Plesk packages (Personal/Startup/Business Web Hosting, or Managed WordPress) you can access your webmail by going to webmail.yourdomain.com (replacing yourdomain.com with your domain name)
- If you are using one of our Classic Hosting packages or our Professional Email, you can log into your webmail at https://webmail.rebel.com
Once you have confirmed there is an email waiting for you on the server, proceed to the solution to fix your problem.
