What is an Account Hold?
If you try to log in and see this message:
"Your account has been temporarily put on hold as a precautionary measure to protect you against potential fraudulent activity.
To activate your account or complete your order, please contact our customer support team, who will be happy to assist you."
It means that your account has been temporarily paused for security reasons.
Why Was My Account Put on Hold?
An account can be placed on hold for a few different reasons, including but not limited to:
Multiple failed login attempts – repeated unsuccessful tries to access your account.
Payment Issues - repeated unsuccessful tries at paying off an invoice.
Random security flags – your account may be flagged for review by our system.
Suspicious or fraudulent activity detected – unusual activity that may put your account at risk.
These holds are not meant to disrupt your service but are instead a protective measure to ensure your account and personal information remain secure.
How to Unlock Your Account
If your account is on hold, you will have to contact our customer support team. Once we’ve verified your information through questions or a verification link, we’ll remove the hold and help you get back into your account quickly.
