At this time, our system only supports one username and password per Rebel account. This means multiple users cannot have separate login credentials for the same account.
However, there are a couple of ways to allow more than one person to access the account securely:
Using App-Based Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):
Everyone who needs access can use the same username and password, but each person will need to have the 2FA application set up on their device. When logging in, they’ll be prompted to enter the 2FA code from their own app.Using Email or Phone for 2FA Codes:
You can set up 2FA to send the code to the primary email, alternate email, or phone number on file. This gives you up to three possible points of access for receiving verification codes.
These are the only ways multiple people can log in to the same Rebel account.
If you’re looking to create additional user logins for your hosting environment (not your Rebel account), you can do so through Plesk. Learn how here: How do I create additional users in Plesk?
