When adding a new contact within your Contact Manager, you may notice a status labelled “Unverified.” Additionally, if that contact is connected to a domain, you might also see a message warning that your domain is at risk of suspension.
This happens because domain contact information must be verified to confirm that the contact is legitimate and authorized. When a new contact is created, an email is automatically sent to the address associated with that contact. You’ll need to open this email and click the verification link to complete the process.
If you did not receive the verification email and the contact still shows as unverified, please follow these steps:
Step 1.
Log in to your Rebel account, then select "Products" in the top-left corner. In the top toolbar, you will see "Domain Contacts”. Please select this.
Step 2.
For the contact you want to verify, click the "Actions" drop-down menu on the right-hand side.
Step 3.
The last option will state "Resend Verification". Click this. This will send a new verification email to the contact’s email address.
