If you need to upgrade, downgrade, or switch your cloud email package, please read the following steps: 

Step 1. 

Log in to your Rebel account, then select "Products" in the top-left corner. In the top toolbar, you will see “Email”. Please select this. 

Step 2. 

Under Existing Cloud Email Subscriptions, on the right-hand side, there will be a "Manage subscription" button. Select this. 

Step 3. 

You will see a list of your email subscriptions there. For the one you want, select "Manage" on the right-hand side. 

Step 4. 

The top toolbar will have four options; select the one showing "Package Settings".

Step 5.

Next, choose the package you would like to switch to. Click "+ Select Package" on the plan you want to upgrade or change to.

Step 6. 

Once you’ve selected the package you’d like to switch to, click "Change Package" in the lower-right corner to confirm the update.
