When setting up your Cloud Email, you have the option to automatically configure your DNS settings. If you selected that option during setup, your records were added for you, and no further action is needed.
However, if you choose to skip the automatic setup, need to review your settings later, or want to connect it to a third-party DNS host, you can still find your DNS records manually within your Rebel account.
The steps below will show you where to locate your Cloud Email DNS settings so you can confirm or update them as needed:
Step 1.
Log in to your Rebel account, then select "Products" in the top-left corner. In the top toolbar, you will see "Email”. Please select this.
Step 2.
Under Existing Cloud Email Subscriptions, on the right-hand side, there will be a "Manage subscription" button. Select this.
Step 3.
You will see a list of your email subscriptions there. For the one you want, select "Manage" on the right-hand side.
Step 4.
The upper left toolbar will have four options; select the one showing "DNS Records". This will display our DNS records for you to successfully set up Cloud email with your domain.
Step 5.
This page will display the 4 MX records and the 1 TXT record you will need to enter to let you send and receive email through your domain.
