Please follow the steps below to create a new domain contact:
Step 1.
Log in to your Rebel account, then select "Products" in the top-left corner. In the top toolbar, you will see "Domain Contacts”. Please select this.
Step 2.
There you will find a list of your contacts. In the upper right-hand side, you will see an "Add Contact" button.
Step 3.
Here, a pop-up will appear, and you will be able to fill out the necessary fields as shown below. You will have the choice to make this information available to the public by clicking "Make it Public" In the lower left. Once this information is complete, scroll down.
Step 4.
Here you will be able to add any additional TLD Information. This will be needed for the following extensions: .CA, .US, .ASIA, .XXX, .LAW. If one is needed, please select it.
- If you are not registering one of the mentioned TLD's, please go to step 5.
Select what you are registering as, and the language you communicate in by selecting the drop down menus.
Once the fields are filled out, you will need to confirm that you read the terms and agreements by selecting the box and click "Save"
Step 5.
Once all your information is filled out, you will be able to click the "Save" button at the bottom.
Step 6.
After you've added the contact, you will be given the choice to assign the domains. If you do not wish to do this at the time, you can click "No, I am good". If you would like to assign them to a domain at the moment please select "Yes, assign".
Step 7.
If you click “Yes, assign,” you’ll be prompted to search for the domain you want to assign the contact to with the upper search bar.
Once the domain appears, you can choose which contact roles to apply: Billing, Administrative, and/or Technical. You may select one role, multiple roles, or all three.
You also have the option to assign the same contact to multiple domains at the same time.
Once you are finished assigning your domain, select "Proceed to save".
Step 8.
You will get a confirmation page verifying the changes that were made for the domain contacts. If everything looks correct, please click "Save changes".
You will get an option to assign again. If everything was done properly, you would be able to select "No, I am good".
