This article will guide you through getting started with your new Cloud Email package in your account. Follow the steps below to connect your domain to your email package and complete your purchase.
Step 1.
Log in to your Rebel account, then select "Products" in the top-left corner. In the top toolbar, you will see “Email”. Please select this.
Step 2.
On the right-hand side, you’ll see a setup box with the fields for Name, Domain, and Password.
Name: This will be the first part of your email address (the portion before the “@” symbol).
Domain: Use the drop-down menu to select the domain from your Rebel account that you’d like to connect to this email address.
Password: You’ll need to create a strong password that meets the listed security requirements.
Step 3.
Once the above fields are entered, you will be able to select the orange "Start Free Trial" button in the bottom right. This will create your subscription for you.
Step 4.
Once your subscription has been created, you’ll be prompted to connect your domain. This step will update your domain’s DNS records so they correctly point to your email service.
Please note: If your website is hosted with a third party, connecting your domain will park it with us. Be sure to consider how this may impact your existing hosting before proceeding.
If you’d like to move forward and connect your domain to your email now, click “Connect.”
How to access your Rebel Cloud Email packages:
Step 1.
Log in to your Rebel account, then select "Products" in the top-left corner. In the top toolbar, you will see “Email”. Please select this.
Step 2.
To the right of this webpage, you will be able to click "Manage Subscriptions" and find all the information for your cloud email packages.
