Please follow the steps below if you would like to delete an existing email address from your Rebel Cloud email package. 

Step 1

Log in to your Rebel account, then select "Products" in the top-left corner. In the top toolbar, you will see “Email”. Please select this. 

Step 2

Under Existing Cloud Email Subscriptions, on the right-hand side, there will be a "Manage subscription" button. Select this. 

Step 3

You will see a list of your email subscriptions there. For the one you want, select "Manage" on the right-hand side. 

Step 4. 

For the email address you would like to set up forwarding with, select "Settings" on the right-hand side. 

Step 5

Here you will see the different options for your email settings. Select the last option stating "Delete Email Address".

Step 6. 

A drop down will appear, and you will be able to select "Proceed to delete" in the bottom right. 

Step 7. 

A pop-up will appear clarifying what you will be deleting when deleting this address. If you wish to proceed, select "Confirm". This will delete your email inbox and all files within immediately.
