If your domain is not resolving, appears unreachable, or you believe your DNS may be down, the steps below can help identify the most common causes.
Check the Rebel Status Page
Before making any changes, check the Rebel Status page to see if there are any ongoing service incidents affecting DNS or domain services.
If an incident has been reported, continue to monitor the status page for updates until the issue has been resolved.

Check DNS Propagation
Use a DNS propagation checker, such as DNSChecker.org, to verify whether your DNS records are resolving from multiple locations around the world.
This can help determine whether your DNS changes are still propagating or if the issue may be isolated to a specific region or internet service provider.
Check for Recent DNS Changes
If you recently updated your DNS records or changed your nameservers, allow time for the changes to propagate across the internet. DNS propagation can take up to 24–48 hours.
