After updating your domain forwarding settings, the changes may not take effect immediately due to DNS propagation.

In most cases, forwarding begins working within a few hours. However, if your domain's DNS records have a higher TTL (Time to Live) or your ISP has cached the previous information, it may take up to 24 hours for the changes to fully propagate.

Before Contacting Support

• We recommend waiting approximately 5 hours after saving your forwarding changes to allow time for DNS propagation.
• Test the website in a private/incognito browser window.
• If possible, clear your browser cache.

If your domain is still not forwarding after 24 hours, please contact Support and we'll be happy to investigate the cause.
