Whether you can add DNS records while your domain transfer is pending depends on the services you have with us.
If you have a web hosting package:
You can add your domain to your hosting package and configure the required DNS records before the domain transfer is completed.
If you do not have a hosting package:
If you would like to use our DNS service without a hosting package, the domain transfer must be completed before you can manage the domain's DNS records with us.
