All upgrades for Web Hosting packages with Plesk are handled through our Customer Support team.
If you'd like to upgrade your hosting package, please initiate a live agent escalation. Your support specialist will gather the following information and help process your request:
- Account username
- Current hosting package
- Desired hosting package
Once your request has been submitted, our team will review the details and guide you through the next steps to complete your upgrade.
