Whether you can add another user depends on where your DNS is managed.
DNS Managed Through Your Rebel Account
If your DNS is managed through your Rebel account, additional user accounts for DNS management are not supported. DNS changes can only be made using the Rebel account login credentials.
DNS Managed Through Plesk
If your DNS is managed through Plesk hosting, you can create additional Plesk users and grant them access to manage your hosting and DNS.
