If you need to transfer ownership of a website or move an active web hosting package from one Rebel.com account to another, this process cannot be completed directly through self-service account settings.

To protect your data and ensure proper account security, account-to-account hosting migrations require written authorization from the primary owner of the source account.

How to Request an Account-to-Account Hosting Migration

To initiate the transfer of your web hosting service to a different Rebel.com account, please follow these steps:

1. Compose an Email from the Source Account: Open the email inbox associated with the current Rebel.com account holding the website/hosting package.

2. Send to Dedicated Transfer Team: Send an email directly to service@rebel.com.

3. Include Required Details: In your email, please specify:

   • The Domain Name attached to the website/hosting package you want to move.

   • The Target Account (or primary email address) of the destination Rebel.com account.

   • A clear statement confirming your authorization to transfer the web hosting package.
