If you no longer want your domain to forward visitors to another website, you can disable Domain Forwarding by changing your domain's nameserver configuration.
Before You Begin
Before making any DNS changes, we strongly recommend making a copy of your existing DNS records. This provides a backup that you can refer to if you need to restore your previous DNS configuration.
Disable Domain Forwarding
- Log in to your Rebel account.
- Select Products, then select Manage beside the domain you want to update.
- Select the DNS tab.
- Under Domain Nameserver Information, change the setting from Forward Domain to Park with Rebel.
- Save your changes.
Click the drop down arrow and select park with Rebel.
Review Your DNS Records
After changing your domain to Park with Rebel, review your DNS records in Advanced DNS Settings to ensure they are configured correctly for your website, email, and any other services you use.
