If you created an additional user in Plesk for your webmaster, designer, or third-party developer, they can log directly into the Plesk hosting control panel without needing access to your main account or personal inbox.

If your webmaster is unable to sign in using their assigned credentials, this is usually caused by a typo in the username, an incorrect password, or unsynced user permissions. You can easily verify or reset their login credentials directly from your Plesk dashboard.

To check your webmaster's exact login credentials or set a new password for them, follow these steps:

Step 1: Access Plesk

1. Log in to your main account dashboard.

2. Navigate to your Hosting section and click the Control Panel button to launch Plesk.

Step 2: Locate the User Account

1. In the left-hand navigation menu of Plesk, click on Users.

2. Locate and click on the specific User Name created for your webmaster or developer.

Step 3: Verify or Reset Credentials

1. Check Username & Email: Confirm the exact username displayed on screen that your webmaster should use to log in.

2. View Current Password: Click the Show button next to the password field to confirm the current password on file.

3. Change Password (Optional): If the password isn't working, enter a new password in the field (or click Generate), then scroll down and click OK to save the changes.
