Overview
When setting up a new web hosting package, users sometimes prefer to start designing and building their website before purchasing, transferring, or pointing a domain name.
On our hosting platform, it is NOT possible to start working on a website or access the hosting environment without connecting a domain name to your hosting package.
Important Note on Primary Domains:
The first domain name connected to a hosting package on our platform automatically becomes the primary domain, and the hosting package is permanently bound to that domain. Please double-check for typos before adding your first domain name, as changing or renaming the primary domain once assigned is not supported.
Why a Domain Name Is Required
Every hosting package requires an active primary domain name to establish the website's root directory, configure web server configuration files (such as Apache or Nginx bindings), and set up application paths for content management systems like WordPress.
How to Proceed
To begin building your website, you have two options depending on your current domain setup:
Use an Existing Domain: Connect a domain name you already own (registered with us or another registrar) to your hosting package during or after checkout.
Register a New Domain: If you do not own a domain yet, you can register a new domain name to pair with your hosting plan so you can immediately begin building.
