Cloud Email: Why Can I Send Emails but Not Receive Them?

If you can send emails from your Rebel Cloud Email account but are not receiving incoming messages, first check whether the missing emails are available in Webmail.

Check Your Cloud Email Webmail

1. Go to: https://mail.rebel.ca
2. Sign in using the email address that is not receiving emails as your username.
3. Enter the password for that email address.
4. Check your Inbox and Spam/Junk folders for the missing messages.

If the Emails Appear in Webmail

If the missing emails appear in Webmail but are not appearing in Outlook, Apple Mail, your phone, or another email application, the issue may be related to your incoming email settings.

If the Emails Are Also Missing From Webmail

If the emails are not appearing in Webmail, check that your domain has the correct Cloud Email MX records configured in its DNS.

If the Cloud Email MX records are correct and you're still unable to receive emails, please contact our Support team for assistance.
