Overview
If you recently registered a new domain name and realize there is a spelling error, a typo, or you simply no longer want the domain, you can cancel the domain registration and request a full refund.
Domain cancellations with refunds are subject to strict registry grace period rules. A full refund and cancellation is only eligible within the first 5 days from the initial registration timestamp.
Policy & Eligibility Requirements
| Requirement | Details |
| Time Limit | Must be within 5 calendar days of initial registration. |
| Registration Type | Applies exclusively to new registrations. Renewals, transfers, and existing domain services are not eligible for grace-period cancellation refunds. |
| Domain Swaps | Domain names cannot be directly "swapped" or changed once registered. The incorrect domain must be cancelled/deleted, and the new domain registered as a separate purchase. |
