How to transfer a domain to use with Rebel Vibe

If your domain is registered with another registrar, you’ll need to transfer it to Rebel first before connecting it to your Rebel Vibe website.

Step 1

Log in to your Rebel account, then select "Products" in the top-left corner. In the top toolbar, you will see “Website Builder”. Please select this. 

Step 2

For the website you would like to connect, click on the "Actions" button in the lower-right corner, and from the drop-down, you will be able to select "Publish to custom domain".

Step 3

To the lower left of the pop-up, you will see the option to "Transfer to Rebel", click this.

Step 4

You’ll be redirected to our domain transfer page. Follow the steps to transfer your domain to Rebel, then wait for the transfer to complete before connecting it to your website. A .CA transfer can take about 24 hours, while a .COM transfer may take around five days.

Step 5

Once the transfer is complete, return to your Rebel Vibe website builder and follow the steps for connecting a domain already registered with Rebel.
