You can display a form or calendar from another service directly on your Rebel Vibe website. This is called embedding. The external service handles the form submissions or bookings.
Simply copy its embed link or embed code, paste it into the Rebel Vibe chat box and explain where you want it placed.
Step 1
Open the service you use and find the form or calendar you want to embed. Examples include:
- Calendly: Appointment scheduling and booking calendars.
- Jotform: Contact forms, quote requests and registration forms.
- Typeform: Surveys, questionnaires and enquiry forms.
- Google Calendar: A calendar showing your schedule or upcoming events.
Look for an option such as Embed, Share, Publish or Add to website, then copy the embed link or code provided. Choose the embed option rather than copying the address from your browser.
Step 2
Paste the embed link or code into the chat box and tell Rebel Vibe where it should appear.
For example:
Embed this Calendly booking calendar on the Contact page, below our contact details: [embed link or code]
Add this quote request form to the bottom of the Services page: [embed link or code]
Embed this events calendar on a new page called “Upcoming Events” and add it to the navigation menu: [embed link or code]
Step 3
Review the result in the preview. Check both desktop and mobile views, and test that visitors can use the form or calendar.
What else can I embed?
Beyond forms and calendars, other services offer embeds for:
- Videos: Show a YouTube video, such as a business introduction, product demonstration or tutorial.
- Maps: Display a Google Map so visitors can find your business or event location.
- Podcasts and music: Add a Spotify player for podcast episodes, songs or playlists.
Use the same process: copy the service’s embed link or code, paste it into the chat and describe where you want it.
Add this map to the Contact page, below our address: [embed link or code]
Available options depend on the service and whether its content allows embedding. Review and test each embed before publishing.
Note: Manage submissions, bookings and the embedded content through the original service. Embedding options and visitor access depend on that service’s settings and plan.
