Why should I upgrade?
Simply put, the new Rebel Cloud Email is amazing! This email service runs on robust and secure servers that are lightning-quick, and the webmail platform is user-friendly with a ton of additional features. It's designed to deliver emails quickly, securely, and with no downtime.
Why is the upgrade happening automatically for me?
We understand that this change may be an inconvenience to you but this upgrade is necessary to provide industry-leading email service. Rebel Cloud email will provide secure, reliable, and powerful email to every customer.
I was upgraded automatically, what's next?
Now that all your emails have been moved over to the new mail service you will need to log in to your Rebel account and update your email password. That will finish the process and you will be ready to access the new mail system.

How do I initiate the process myself?
Step 1: Follow the link in your email, or click Upgrade in your Hosting Manager
Step 2: Click Begin Upgrade
Step 3: We will create the new package, match your existing billing dates, and copy your email
Step 4: Our system will migrate the contents of your email. Depending on the size of your mailboxes this may take some time
Step 5: Once your mailboxes are migrated we will email you to complete the upgrade. You can choose a time that's best for you to complete the upgrade and point your domain to your new email service
Step 6: Update your email settings in Outlook, Mac Mail, on your phone, or in your other apps

What will be moved over?
- Your email accounts
- All emails saved on the server (viewable in webmail or through IMAP)
- Forwards
- Some aliases (read more below)
What will NOT be moved over?
- Contacts saved in webmail (can be done manually)
- Calendar events saved in webmail (can be done manually)
- Emails saved ONLY on your email client (for example in a POP configuration)
- Out-of-office automated messages
