To cancel your hosting subscription, please follow these steps:

Step 1.

Log in to your Rebel account, then select "Products" in the top-left corner. In the top toolbar, you will see “Hosting”. Please select this. 

Step 2.

To the right of your package, you will see "Actions." Click on this, and a drop-down menu will appear. Within the drop-down menu, you will be able to "Cancel Package" 

Step 3.

A pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm, as deleting your hosting package is a permanent action. Click "Cancel Package" to proceed. 

Your hosting package will remain active until the end of its paid term, then it will be deleted from your account. Until then, this line will read Pending Delete.
