To cancel your hosting subscription please follow these steps:

Step 1.
Login to your Rebel account, click My Account in the top right corner, and select Hosting Manager.

Step 2.
Click on the downward arrow button located to the right of Control Panel then click either Delete Package or Delete Package and Domain.

Step 3.
A pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm, as deleting your hosting package is a permanent action. Click Confirm to proceed. Your hosting package will remain active until the end of its paid term, then it will be deleted from your account. Until then, this line will read Pending Delete.

If you decide to cancel both the hosting package and the domain name, at the end of the paid term the domain will be removed from your account and placed into our holding account until the remainder of the current registration term has completed.
