1. Storage & Account Capabilities
How is my email storage calculated?
Unlike classic email setups that pool your space across an entire domain, Rebel Cloud Email space is calculated per individual email address. This guarantees your critical addresses always have dedicated space.
Cloud Basic: Includes 3GB email & cloud storage.
Cloud Productivity: Includes 10GB email & cloud storage.
Cloud Security+: Includes 30GB email storage.
What happens if my mailbox runs out of space?
Our system will send you an automated email alert as your mailbox approaches its capacity ceiling. If an account hits its maximum quota limit, incoming emails will temporarily bounce until space is cleared or the mailbox is upgraded.
What are my outbound sending limits?
To protect your domain's reputation and keep our network clear of spam delivery blocks, outbound messages are capped at 500 emails per hour and 5,000 emails per day per user account.
2. Mobile & Desktop Synchronization
Can my calendar and contacts sync across my devices?
Yes! Our premium webmail dashboard uses the open-standard CalDAV connection protocol. Device compatibility is broken down below:

Apple iOS (iPhone/iPad): Fully supported out of the box. You can easily manage this right inside your webmail by clicking Gear Icon (Settings) > Connect your device to get a quick connection setup.

Microsoft Outlook for Windows: Fully supported by adding a quick synchronization plugin.
Android OS: Native system calendar synchronization is not currently supported. You can access your full mail stream, address books, and files effortlessly via any standard IMAP application.
3. Data Protection & Management Features
How does virus and spam filtering work?
Our system-wide defense engines are completely automated. Much like industry-standard enterprise mail networks, artificial intelligence security engines scan and screen your traffic silently behind the scenes.
How can I block an email address or domain?
You can quickly whitelist safe senders or block unwanted addresses directly inside your webmail interface.
How do Email Aliases work?
Aliases allow you to manage multiple email streams into a single inbox without paying for extra mailboxes. For example, creating the alias info@mycompany.com under your master mailbox mike@mycompany.com means all messages route seamlessly into Mike's folder. You can also write or reply to emails using your alias name!
Can I forward my emails to multiple people?
Yes. You can configure automated email forwarding rules to route incoming traffic to up to 5 separate email addresses simultaneously.
4. Data Deletion & Recovery Rules
Can I recover a message after I delete it?
If you accidentally empty a message from your trash folder, it can still be completely recovered via the built-in "Email Undelete" feature within your webmail dashboard for up to 30 days.
Note: The "Email Undelete" system recovery window is a built-in feature exclusive to our Cloud Productivity and Cloud Security+ service plans.
What happens if an entire account is canceled?
To preserve strict system data safety standards, whenever an email address is explicitly deleted or closed from your management dashboard, all message databases, text records, and account folders are permanently purged from the cloud servers within a few seconds.
